To ensure the best possible product quality, Meshreen provides a very comprehensive service in the production of products, from product design to product testing, every item is subject to extensive quality control.
As a proof of our commitment to product quality, Meshreen’s professional production process is presented below.
A. Circuit Design
Based on our extensive experience in hardware and RF, we are able to offer a professional design for our modules or ODM/OEM modules.
B. PCB Design
Our technical staff is highly trained and experienced with performance and RF regulations. In addition, we have extensive experience in making a balance between performance and cost.
C. EE sample
We make EE samples to verify our design and further certifications.
D. Design verification
The performance of our products is ensured through the verification of all hardware and RF specifications.
E. Field Test
After testing verification by equipment, the product still needs to be evaluated in the field.
F. Regulation Certification
The modules are all certified in accordance with regulations, such as FCC/CE/ISEC. Additional regulations can be passed according to the needs of customers.
G. Auto Test Equipments design
We design our auto test program and equipment, to facilitate manufacturing and quality control easier.
H. QC flow design
We design our QC process, to ensure our testing reports are in line with actual production.
All products meet Rohs requirements in production.
We have obtained a variety of international certifications, including CE, RoHS, and IC, in order to prove to our customers that our products are reliable.
All the models are packed in one size tray, the dimensions of which are listed below:
Packing is based on 500 pieces which are stacked on 11 trays(including covers).
We packed all modules in a vacuum-packaging bag, which includes trays, humidity indicators, and desiccant.
All products meet Rohs requirements in production.
In order to prove to customers that our products are reliable,
all of our products have passed a number of international certifications,
including CE, RoHS, IC.

The standard packing is base on 500pcs, use 11 trays which include cover.
All modules will packing in vacuum packing bag which include trays, humidity indicator card desiccant.
